Ivana Saula, Canadian Research Director and Canadian Director of Women and Human Rights, noted that the number of female delegates was the highest ever. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153It is also nice that the number of sisters who attend as delegates continues to grow- it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a testament to the District\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s commitment to equity, and inclusion. Progress may not always occur at a speed we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d like, but incremental, and consistent actions pave a strong path towards the goal of equity in decision making.
